Position: Senior Procurement Analyst
FLSA Status: Exempt

The Senior Procurement Analyst will assist our government contracting clients with coordinating and reviewing contracting policies and procedures, providing advice and guidance on the Government Purchase Card Program, and managing the day-to-day operations.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
 - Manage Government Purchase Card program
 - Manage and assist government purchase card auditing
 - Monitor and track government purchase card holders
 - Approve, deactivate, and assist with training for government card holders
 - Monitor, analyze, and pull reports from U.S. bank
 - Advise program contract managers on procurement policies and regulations within the U.S. government
 - Assist with procurement planning and review of proposals
 - Follow all FAR and DFAR regulations
 - Assist with negotiation process with government contractor

Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
 - Minimum 10 years direct federal procurement experience in GS-1102 (or similar) capacity of which a minimum five years is Department of Defense (DoD) procurement policies
 - Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, Contracts or relatable
 - 2- 5 years of government purchase card experience preferred
 - Exceptional knowledge of all phases of acquisition management
 - Exceptional knowledge of Federal and DoD contracting principles such as FAR, DFARS, DoD Directives and Instructions, laws, regulations, and procedures
 - Strong knowledge of price and cost analysis relating to reviewing proposals and expenditures
 - Demonstrated ability to communicate written and verbally to provide technical advice, staff coordination, consultation, and interpretation
